Step 1 » Collaboration with Client

Collaboration between Client and Consultants is the most significant factor contributing to the successful closure of a search assignment. Collaboration captures all those elements in a client relationship that are conducive to a great placement. Understanding the client Organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture and future growth plans.

Mapping position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, key result areas, Salary band and other relevant details.

Step 2 » Industry/Company Mapping

Once we capture information from client we develop a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which potential candidates can be identified .Mapping in terms of competitor's organization structure, reporting structure, grade, levels and salary structure.

Step 3 » Search Strategy

Developing customized client specific Search Strategy to build talent pool of potential candidates. Once the target industry/company list is agreed upon or free hand is given we will utilize our sources and networks along with our database to call candidates, candidates are briefed about the position,role,company,future plan and give them detail JD, salary band. We capture from candidate all relevant details and develop an initial candidate list and send it to client.

Step 4 » Client Interview

Once the client shortlists the CV of candidate, arrangement of interview of candidates with the client is made.

Step 5 » Assessment Test

If clients have designed any specific test and they want us to give test to candidate then we conduct test or we leave it to clients for any such specific test. Some time test is conducted prior to interview or test may not require at all depending on client need and agreed methodology.

Step 6 » Negotiation

Once candidate is successful through all the interview process, we help the client and candidate in negotiation of offer wherever required.

Step 7 » Reference Check

Once the client takes decision to hire the candidate, before the offer is formally extended we conduct reference check of candidate or we get reference name from candidate and give it to our client to do reference check.

Step 8 » Placement

Assisting the client in the final placement of candidate.

Step 9 » Follow Up

Once the offer is made to candidate we continuously interact with both the client and candidate till the candidate is on board.

Step 10 » Client/candidate Feedback

Once the search assignment is completed we conduct client feedback to discuss about the quality of our execution process, Quality of candidate and feedback on any improvement areas.

We take feedback from candidate also about his satisfaction with company where we recruited, on many parameters.

Above is the standard approach, we go in many extreme case where client need to fulfil requirement but do not have any specification, fresh imagination having many diverse skills in one individual, new start up or having no clue but want to copy the idea from abroad or want some skill on which limited candidates are available, out sourcing project taken but not able to map skill in India or it may require discovery of such candidate then we take different approach based on our hard core experience in recruitment which will explore all intelligence and resources along with travel to meet such candidates for your critical requirement.
